Repair Work Disclaimer

Repairs are carried out to the best of our technicians' ability using quality-checked parts. Some repairs, particularly on devices with prior liquid damage or previous unauthorised repairs, carry inherent risk that we will always disclose before beginning work. A repair warranty, where applicable, covers the specific repair carried out and does not extend to unrelated faults that may arise later.

Refunds

• Service charges for completed repair work, recharges, printing and money transfer services are generally non-refundable once the service has been carried out, as these are delivered instantly or involve real costs (parts, operator charges, bank processing).
• If a repair does not resolve the reported issue due to an error on our part, we will re-inspect the device and make it right - either through re-repair at no extra labour cost or an appropriate adjustment, at our discretion.
• Recharge or money transfer requests that fail due to incorrect details provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund once processed with the operator or bank; however, if a transaction fails on the operator's or bank's end, we will assist in resolving it.
• Unused, unopened accessories may be exchanged within a reasonable period with the original receipt, at the shop's discretion.

Third-Party Services

SIM recharges and money transfers are processed through respective telecom operators and banking partners. A1 Mobile Repairs acts as a service counter for these transactions and is not liable for delays or issues caused by the operator's or bank's systems, though we will always assist in resolving any such issue.
