Our Services

A1 Mobile Repairs provides mobile repair services, SIM recharges, mobile and related accessories, Xerox/photocopy/printing services, and money transfer services, as described on this website. Service availability, pricing and turnaround time may vary depending on the specific issue, part availability, and operator or bank processing times, and will be confirmed with you at the time of service.

Repair Estimates & Approval

• We provide an estimate after diagnosing your device, before any repair work begins.
• Work proceeds only after you approve the estimated cost.
• Final charges may vary slightly if additional faults are discovered during the repair, and we will inform you before proceeding further.

Devices Left for Repair

• Please back up important data before leaving your device for repair, where possible. While we take care of every device, we are not responsible for data loss.
• Devices not collected within a reasonable period after repair completion may be subject to storage terms communicated by our shop.
• We recommend removing SIM cards, memory cards and personal locks/passwords information is handled responsibly, but please inform our staff of any specific concerns.

Recharges, Accessories & Printing

SIM recharges are processed based on the operator details you provide; please verify your number and operator before payment, as recharges cannot be reversed once processed. Accessories are sold as-is with any applicable manufacturer warranty. Printing, photocopy and scanning jobs are billed based on the number of pages, copies and finish requested.

Money Transfer Services

Money transfer services are processed based on the recipient bank details you provide. Please verify account number, IFSC code and beneficiary name carefully before making a transfer, as we cannot be held responsible for losses arising from incorrect details provided by the customer. Applicable service charges will be communicated upfront.

Payments

We accept cash and common digital payment methods at our shop. Prices for parts, accessories and services are subject to change without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

While we take great care with every device and transaction, A1 Mobile Repairs shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
